The Microsoft Certified Professional Developer:
Windows Developer (MCPD: Windows Developer) certification
demonstrates that you have the skills required to build rich
client applications that target the Windows Forms platform
using the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
Requirements:
Candidates must first complete the requirements for
the MCTS: .NET Framework 2.0 Windows Applications
certification (two exams). After they achieve this
certification, candidates can earn their MCPD: Windows
Developer by passing one additional exam.

upgrade exam instead of the MCTS requirement. You
still have to take the MCPD: Windows Developer exam.
The advantage is that Exam 70-553 applies to the
MCTS requirements for both MCPD: Web Dev and MCPD:
Windows Dev certifications. |
